Hello sir, i have ordered a braun bt3020 trimmer for the mrp of 1399 and today i receaved the product in which some component are missing like charger bill manual and itself the trimmer is broken it’s head is also missing i also made a video when unboxing and that is enough for me to take any action against snap deal so please provide my money or send me the original product Please call me as soon as possible on [protected] i also shoot the video
