[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Godrej Filo REF No 32213056 | |||||
I have ordered Godrej Filo safe and asked for demo from Godrej on 11 October, the service engineer confirmed that the provided are keys doesn't belong to the safe I received. Ever since I have been chasing both snapdeal and nuoex (courier service tracking no[protected]. Every time there is a standard response that it will be picked up within 48 hours however there will be no response. On 4 I received email stating that the courier company couldn't reach me. I am really surprised that I have been chasing almost daily to pickup the product however they claim that I am not reachable. During the past few days I have spoken to many executives and some supervisors every one assured me that it will be picked up. 4 days back again I spoke to executive by name Vasu he assured me that all will be fine and he is taking personal responsibility however noting happens.
