[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Got defective product.. By company did not give any response for replacement. | |||
I booked xolo era 4g phone on 4th march.. i was delivered on 7th march at 14:30 p.m. . the product i received that was defective. so;i request for replacement on 8th march bt the snapdeal executives are not giving any response for replacement.. for that i make 15 calls to customer care executive bt they did not give any response or satisfy answer to me.. Mar 21, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved I want replacement of xolo era 4g phone. Noe they mail and tell me that visit xolo service centre and repaired it. I request for replacement. If they can't replace my product then i want to refund. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
