[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — got used product | |||
On 10-Aug-201 snapdeal resent the philips trimmer which i earlier returned. please see the images of that product & there was one more shocking i saw the trimmer begin used because i saw tiny hairs inside the blades Order ID: [protected] (1 Item) Placed on 24 Jul, 2017 previous mail I ordered a philips trimmer, i got it but the the original philips box packing was damaged so i cancelled it.. the query said its in process of quality check & then i received a mail " As your item does not meet our quality check guidelines, we have shipped it back to your original delivery address. It will be delivered to you within next 7-8 days... Please note that in case you refuse to accept delivery, we will not be liable for any loss or damage to your item. Your return request remains closed." my simple question is will anyone gift his friend with a damaged packaging? pls tell me this is the way you treat a customer...
