Snapdeal.com — Harassing and not refunding money | |||
Order :[protected] Order date: 11/11/2014 Sub: Received a prestige cooker having mrp 1475 instead a 1750 which was shown at the time of order. SP= 1225 Made payment through COD. received product having mrp 1475 with manufacturing date Aug 2012. I requested for exchange they took the item on the next day. Till now they haven't send my money into my account. I have mailed several times. Extremely poor customer support and no follow up. Was this information helpful? | |||
