[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Have not received my refund on a cancelled product | |||||
I have ordered a Lenovo A1000 phone from Snapdeal. The phone was given to Shadow fax courier for delivery. The courier is such that it did not contact me and have just updated the status as could not be delivered because address could not be traced. I have cancelled the product on March 29th because the product was not delivered to me. Now it has been 8 days and yet i have not received my refund. I have tried to contact customer care but they say that the product is with courier which doesn't have any contact number. Now i am stuck and i can't get my refund because of the internal issue of Snapdeal and the Courier which is being used by them only.
