[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Havells geyser, accessories missing in the box | |||||
Hello, 1st time when i ordered havells geyser from snapdeal, i received damaged product hence requested for replacement. I received replacement after lot of follow ups but again i received the product without accessories in the box. Without wall mounting assembly not possible to install the product. For this issue snapdeal has not responded. They have not replied to my email nor called regarding my complaint and worst support i ever seen. Still the product is laying in the corner of my home.
