[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Haven't received freecharge coupons under 'offer' for snapdeal order id: [protected] | |||||
I have Ordered a product(Order ID: [protected] ) on Snapdeal.com on 28 Oct, 2015 and as I have done online payment for the same via debit card I should have got the freecharge coupons worth Rs.500 under FCOFFER promo code. Its now 5-6 days but I haven't received the same. I have reported this issue to snapdeal care but no reply yet. Also there is not any sign of getting it though my order meets criteria to avail that offer. So I am expecting a refund as soon as possible OR should I consider snapdeal.com is fooling customers with such unrealised offers? Was this information helpful? | |||||
Nov 2, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I had logged this complaint as i haven't got Cashback coupons on valid transaction on snapdeal.com but within 2 hours of registering a complaint I have received the same.
