Snapdeal.com — Highly disappointed from return policy | |||||
Hi, I am shefali jain. i placed 2 orders on 7th may on snapdeal app i had placed a retuen request on 9th may. since then i had applied 11 times for pick up but no one came to pick up my parcel this is highly disappointing after that i placed 2 orders on flipkart my order was delivered next day and after 1 day pick up hua i was very loyal customer of snapdeal but meri problem solve nahi ho rahi hai and now i have decided to quit snapdeal as well as my friends are also highly disappointed from ur service. i request u to do something to resolve this prblm your customer care executive are very bad. they don't know policy of your company Was this information helpful? | |||||
