[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I am complaining about cancellation product for refund pending. | |||||
Hi, My refund against order id: [protected] is long pending. Product against this order no. Was returned on the same date thu, 8 june, 2017 when i received defective product from snapdeal thu, 8 jun, 2017 but still the money is not refunded. I have already provided bank details as per the request. All necessary compliances as required by company is already done. I several calls to snapdeal team. But they always assured me for clearing my refund within few days but till date i am awaiting my refund despite of sharing my bank account details. Please help me asap.
