Snapdeal.com — I am complaining about defective mobile

Hi management, I was doing 1st time deal with snapdeal and my 1st experience was very bad with you. I ordered Samsung Z3 mobile order id [protected]. I got defective mobile phone and when I raise complaint against faulty phone and I was simply want my money back but your people are keep saying, This is not our company term/Policy. This was really pathetic .I mean once you sale you forget your customer. Kindly consider my complain either exchange the faulty mobile or refund my money. snapdeal's disappointed customer Vikram Jaiswal
