Hi management, I was doing 1st time deal with snapdeal and my 1st experience was very bad with you. I ordered Samsung Z3 mobile order id [protected]. I got defective mobile phone and when I raise complaint against faulty phone and I was simply want my money back but your people are keep saying, This is not our company term/Policy. This was really pathetic .I mean once you sale you forget your customer.
