Pathetic service I ever had experienced, ordered around 1 month ago water heater, after 20. Days it gets delivered not at my place I went to the courier office from there I got it, product is defected now applied for the return around 10 days ago now the courier boy wants bribe to pick it up, no Any response from snap deal regarding the issue worst experience in my life please never use Snapdeal service if dnt wants to bear pain...let's c when I will get the new product or my money refund...I am damn sure for one thing will never use Snapdeal service again, lost your credibility. I have ordered for a product and i was delivered to a different product. I have requested for a replacement of the product, but your team is not accepting the product from the place it was delivered. Your team is requesting me to send the product to an address, not sure how a pickup service is not available when the product is delivered to the same place.
Appreciate if you can quickly replace the product with correct one, and i dont want a response from your team that the product i have ordered not in stock. As i type the product is in stock in plenty and as i have lost so many days already it would not be advisable for me to shop in a different service provider.
