[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I am complaining for snapdeal does not return my money | |||||
Order i'd -[protected] Complain ticket no. 42495855 Transaction amount 6590 Sir i placed a order from snapdeal a rayban sunglass on 13 june 1017. This product delivered my on 16 june 2017. When opened the product it contain only sunglass. It not contain the leather case which are clearly mentioned in the product description. Regarding to this problem i called to customer care of snapdeal. They accept my complaint and told me to wait for 2days. After 2days i received a mail from snapdeal and asked me leather case isnot included with this sunglass. Then i replied of this mail with screenshot of product description in which clearly mentioned the leather case with sunglass. Then they furthur sent mail to me we give 500rs for this leather case they told me you can purchase from market but i denied for this because it is not easily available in market. Then i further called to customer care and i told to you give me a leather case but they told me it is not possible. Then i said to return my product and they accept my request. The product picked up successfully on 21st june 2017 by snapdeal courier partner and it reached to snapdeal at 23rd june 2017 then product goes in quality check. The quality check was successful on 23rd june 2017. I called to customer care they told me your product is successfully recieved to snapdeal and your quality check is successful. And we initiate your refund in 24hour and we return your money in your bank account. But refund isnot initiated by snapdeal tillnow Todat i called to customer care for refund. They told me we can't refund your money because your account is blacklisted by our internal team. Then i asked to reason for this. They told me we can't help in this case and not give any information about this because this is our policy. We can't share any information about this. Then i further called to customer care and i asked for reason. They told me you cancelled order many time due to which snapdeal had loss so your account is blacklisted. We can't return your money. Sir really sorry from my side for this. But i cancelled order on that case when valid problem with me. I purchased many product from snapdeal like 3 watches and apple cider vinegar and protien shaker and used it till now. But i also returned some products like track pant powerbank but only returned in that case when actual problem with this. Track pant wasnot fit to me and powerbank isnot working. Sir i have only two account with snapdeal because first account registered mobile number is closed. Then i opened 2nd account on snapdeal and first email id already registered to snapdeal so i attached 2nd email id. Apart this i have no any account with snapdeal. Sir i am a genuine customer. I am not a fake customer so please return my money this time. I promised you i willnot cancel any product in future.
