Hello. I have ordered "huawei honor holly 2000 mah battery" on 26/08/2018, with order id: [protected] for rs.679.00 paid in advance.

I got call from delivery boy on 31/08/2018 around 5.30 pm, he was saying that he is coming within 5 minute.

I wait a long time, but no one comes to my location, and when i got online to check the status of my order, status shown order is successfully delivered.

I check the helpline no to complain but there is only robot to talk. I complain in help center section in snapdeal but no response was provided to me.
I complain morethatn 3 time in help section but no response is coming.

I am unable to got my money or order back.
Please help me.
