my snapdeal order id ([protected]) and Xpressbess tracking id[protected]

I am checking this order online (http://www.xpressbees.com/track-shipment.aspx?tracking_id=[protected] about the delivery date and status, it is showing last 2 days some unknown description like (Delivery not attempted (time constraint)) I have attached snapshot for your reference and I call to xpress customer care following number[protected] but this number not working properly.

I want know when I well receive this order to my hand and please provide to me courier hand phone no I well speak to that person directly about the states.

Note to Snapdeal : you have to follow-up after buy any product what is the delivery status.
