[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I have not received my product i was waiting for 15 days | |||
Hi Guys, I have ordered a watch worth 9000, On 13 of DEC and delivery commitment is 17 of DEC. But i did not received my product till now its 27 of DEC. I have keep on calling to Delhivery people who suppose to delivery my product (http://www.delhivery.com/index.html). The response is worst no one picks the call. Even if they pick gives the wrong commitments. The answer will be same It's going to delivered tomorrow. I am not sure the product is going to exchange or the product is genuine or not. The product is in Delhi from 5 days as per the tracking status and they did not get time to delivery to Gurgaon. They are saying they are busy with operational issues.
