Dear team, I have bought a new mobile (samsung j3) and order Id [protected] . It is recieced on 03/11/2016. But I want to return my order because, My brother has gifted another mobile for me. So this is no need for me. I have called your one of your executive and told about return. He says, it is not possible. I really want return the product and Refund. Please do the needfull. Thank u.
