[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — I received a duplicate item and wants refund | |||
Recently sir i have ordered an indulekha natural shampoo 200ml pack order id:[protected] from snapdeal and i recived a duplicate shampoo and i have returned the item . After that almost 20 days has been passed but I have not received the refund and there is no any update on the Snapdeal app. I tried to call to Snapdeal customer care but I received a computer generated answer it was not satisfactory. so i sent a mail to [protected]@snapdeal. com today I received a call from Snapdeal they told me that the same product is sent back to the your original address but I requested them to refund me but they are not agree on this issue when I requested to transfer the call to the senior they keep the call on hold and after few minutes the same person told me that the senior will call you back within 2 hours but still I have not received any call.
