[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — incomplete order - not willing to accept return/replacement | |||||
I had placed an order for a single seater and a 2 seater sofa. The single seater was delivered on 26th July’18 and the status for the 2 seater reflected as will be delivered on 27th July’18. The 2 seater was not delivered and the status suggested deliver will be done between 27th – 30th July’18. On 29th July’18 I received a message and an email stating my order has been cancelled and refund has been initiated. To begin with you should have checked with me if I want the order to be replaced or cancelled. Fair enough you chose to cancel the order and initiated the refund. It’s rather obvious that I have no use of 1 single seater sofa, hence I raised a request to return the product. I received an email this morning stating return cannot be accepted. I tried calling your customer care number multiple times since last evening in vain. There is no way to speak to someone. This kind of service is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable. I need you to make arrangements for the product to be returned and refund to be initiated. Was this information helpful? | |||||
