[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — InFocus M2 8GB - Help Center is not responding to my problem. | |||||
Recently I've bought InFocus M2 mobile on Snapdeal. My phone has got a software problem. I contacted Snapdeal help center regarding the same issue. My has warrenty. So, I asked them for Invoice which is not available for dowloading in their website under MyOrders. I need it to claim the warrenty in Service center. I've mailed them. But they didn't responded. Here I'm attaching the mail conversation and also I'm mentioning the product details. Oct 10, 2015 Complaint marked as Resolved I have mailed about my problem to [email protected]. They emailed me the Invoice after a day. I got the mail from [email protected]. Snapdeal.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||
