[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — InFocus M2 8GB - Help Center is not responding to my problem.

Recently I've bought InFocus M2 mobile on Snapdeal. My phone has got a software problem. I contacted Snapdeal help center regarding the same issue. My has warrenty. So, I asked them for Invoice which is not available for dowloading in their website under MyOrders. I need it to claim the warrenty in Service center. I've mailed them. But they didn't responded. I have mailed about my problem to [email protected]. They emailed me the Invoice after a day. I got the mail from [email protected].
