[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Issues on refund amount | |||||
I had ordered "Aakrati brass handmade craft door handle pair" at the cost of 1592 rupees on from snapdeal. The item is delivered to me on 7th may 2017. Since, this item was not fit for the door. so i return and replace this on 16th may 2017. According to the refund policies of snapdeal, the money should be refunded after 6-7 business days but the amount is not refunded till now. I have complained to snapdeal customer supports about the issues.They were asking NEFT details of my account and i have provided the information . But STILL they have not refunded my amount. They told me to check my freecharge account. I check it and the amount is not credited to my account. I therefore request you to kind take some action, so that i will get the solution for my problem.
