Snapdeal.com — issues with return and refund | |||
Hi ! I am Cheguru Sahithi from Hyderabad . On 5th January, I ordered a Priyas Karishma Kapoor Yellow georgette embroidered anarkali suits MF3006 ( order number:[protected] ) and I received the product on 8th of January 2015.Since the quality of the dress material is poor, I registered a reverse pickup and my ticket ID is 14506692 . I also got a email to my email address notifying the token number :91424. I Packed the product along with the invoice and the original brand packaging.and Pasted the return form on the top of the package. But even now the courier patner hasn't come to pick my product from home .my courier patner is bluedart . i have also send the NEFT through mail to [protected]@snapdeal.com . I cannot wait anymore . This is end of my patience . I request you to help me out of this trouble as soon as possible . And this the product which i have ordered . Have a look Was this information helpful? | |||
