[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Item not dispatched | |||
For the order Id [protected]. This is my last purchase from Snapdel . I will never visit this site again. After the order on 11 Nov, my product hasn't been dispatched yet. Whenever I have called to customer care, they informed me that it will be dispatched within 12 to 13 Nov. But till now it has not been dispatched. No reply after sending email to : [protected]@snapdeal.com and [protected]@snapdeal.com . Strange service ! Please learn first to satisfy customers . Flipkart is the best regarding this.
