Snapdeal.com — Jbl speakers - faulty product delivered | |||||
I have purchased JBL Speakers with Woofer on Nov 3, 2015 Order number [protected] and the same was delivered in a weeks time. After receiving the same I have tried to connect using Bluetooth and failed to connect the same as the device is not searchable with my laptop not my samsung mobile phones (S3 and Core). I have tried to connect my Sony LED using optical cable and sound quality is bad from woofers and output is very low. I have raised the complaint of the same and Snapdeal is unable to give service and the numbers mentioned on the product box and websites are not reacheable. Sanpdeal wants the jobsheet from the product company and I am not able to reach them and neither Snapdeal is willing to help to reach them. I have not option now and go the legal route and claim my refund. Was this information helpful? | |||||
