Snapdeal.com — Late delivery and Poor Packing

This is for your information i am going to cancel that order due to late delivery and poor packing so i refuse that goods.Please take need fully action in this regard and refund my amount as soon as possible . As per the telephonic discussion yesterday snap deal customer representative and Supervisor Mr.Manish informed that material was returned on 04.11.14, But the information was not upto dated from there side. And it is shocking to see a mail yesterday that material was not received and they are telling that some issue was there with courier. As the discussion had with Mr.Manish on 05.11.14, 4.00pm he promised me that your higher level will call back with in 4hrs, but i have not received any call from snapdeal. The same problem was repeating again and again for third time.and as the discussion had with Ms.Anjali on 04.11.14, 2.08pm she promised me that Problem will be solved by 24hrs.Upto date problem was not solved and no reply from your side.Order ID: [protected] | Order Placed on :[protected]:00:48 S No. Item(s) name Suborder Code Status Shipped From Est.
