Hi,


Snapdeal.com is not giving any kind of solutions they are telling you call to the Lenovo service centre. Regarding your issue. I told them I have purchased from snapdeal.com not directly from Lenovo. Snapdeal.com must find solutions at their end.


But they are not helping in this at all.


They are telling customer can only speak to them and all these they are not giving me in writen.


I got email from Lenovo as below
