Snapdeal.com - Lenovo laptop z50-70 order id: [protected] Hi, Snapdeal.com is not giving any kind of solutions they are telling you call to the Lenovo service centre. Regarding your issue. I told them I have purchased from snapdeal.com not directly from Lenovo. Snapdeal.com must find solutions at their end. But they are not helping in this at all. They are telling customer can only speak to them and all these they are not giving me in writen. I got email from Lenovo as below Response By E-mail (Rashi S) (19/12/2015 01.29 PM) Dear Satyashil, Greetings from Lenovo! As per your mail we understand that you are looking for refund/system replacement. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. We wish to inform you that the issue needs to be reported within 7 days from the Invoice Date for the machine to be eligible for refund/replacement. We are unable to proceed further with the DOA request as the issue was reported post 7 days of invoice date. The reference number for this interaction[protected].
