Hi Team, Order ID: [protected], Placed On 19 Dec, 2016 I have booked Lenovo vibe k4 Note (16GB, White), while returning back to Snapdeal the same phone which I have received they are rejecting the return request mentioning there is a mismatch in IMEI numbers. I want to return it back as phone has physical damage and getting heat. Still I am unable to understand how come there is a mismatch of IMEI Numbers, I have also sent the images of the IMEI numbers, still they are telling mismatch of IMEI. Please do the needful. Just now, I received call from your customer care executive and she told that you have received another small phone not the Lenovo Vibe K4 Note which I actually sent to you. Which is really a shocking news. And she also told that the case is with your department and confirmed me not to take the delivery of the product which you have shipped me. Based on the conversation with her, I am not taking the delivery of that product.
