The phone delivered is not having the features as mentioned in the website. I have requested for replacement but nit done since 1 month. And now they are saying it will not be done. I want replacement or refund as soon as possible. I am in urgent need of ohone and as i have already used my money on that phone to buy from snapdeal. I am in a big distress.
