I ordered a m2-s1 for apple smart watch (42mm) on 17th oct 2018 from snapdeal.com costing 548 rs. Paid in cash When it arrived on 24th oct 2018 a part (Usb) was missing. I complained for replacement on 24th oct 2018 But no action had been taken till now. I called on help line number but there is no option for talking to customer represantative.
