[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — missing of the item we ordered.

We ordered fasttrack watch 6109smo2, sub order id is [protected] and we received our order today on 29-07-19. We paid full cash amount. We found that our item ordered was completely missing. And we received only an empty box. We got only a fast track box without watch inside it. We did not get any warranty slip for the watch. Please do the necessary actions as soon as possible. Refund our amount as soon as possible or send as same product that we ordered.
