Dear sir

I sombir and i have placed an order of mobile phone handset of openbox mi note 3 and i have delivered it on 30 sep. 2017 and open to use but i have seen that the cell phone is aleardy be used and some data of the previous user was also in this handset. And the functioning of this handset was not working properly. I have tried to call you at [protected] again and again but i can, t be connected to you and after that i write you a mail to the [protected]@snapdeal.com but no reply and resolutions provided to me.

Kindly resolve my problem because i have paid the amount for this handset as similar as new handset
For openbox delivery.
I was faithful to snapdeal and purchase the openbox but it is not prove that the service is better like the past.
Dear sir kindly provide me the resolutions for this order i shall be thankful to you for this.
