Snapdeal.com — my order was not dispatched to me...

I made an order of mobile phone on 9th july 2015 at 11:59 from snapdeal online shopping..i ordered 3 mobile phone as it was showing 90% off..total cost that i have to pay was 1650..i got a mail from snapdeal every time to stay updated about my product...on 10th july 2015 i got a mail that my order has been handed over courier service and the product will be dispatched to me till 13th july..i waited for three days but my product did not arrived..i call snapdeal on 13th july and told them about my last day of dispatch..they told that it will be dispatched by evening.. After 3 pm on 13th July I again made a call to snapdeal but they told me to wait till evening.. After 3.30 I got a message saying 'Our courier partner BD_EXPRESS has initiated the return of InFocus M2 8GB (Color: Black) of Snapdeal Order No. [protected] due to issues at their end. Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted' I was very shocked by getting such message.. I called again to customers care of snapdeal and told everything about my problem.. They registered a complain from my side and referred a complain number and told that my problem will be solved within 48 hours and they Will contact to me 48 hours.. I waited for two days but I didn't revertive any call..I again made a call to snapdeal customers care helpline number to remind them... They again told that I will be contacted soon..but I got no call or help from snapdeal.. Finally I made a call today and the senior supervisor of snapdeal told me that I will not get my product as the price of my order was updated wrongly to the site..I was highly depressed by hearing..I wasted a lot of money and my precocious time by calling them and waiting for my product.. They didn't even solved my problem in 48 hours nor they made any contact to me..why my product was returned and if it was wrongly updated to site then why my product order was verified and handed over to seller.. They wasted both my time and money... I was totally bluffed by snapdeal.. They didn't even made any correct information to me from seven days...I was very much harrashed by the company.. As they did everything according to their own will...snapdeal didn't even make note of customers satisfaction
