[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — my product pickup by ecom express courier person already on 19th but your update shown in snapdeal app that was picked up fail

I ordered one, HOD TG113 Bluetooth speaker, I received on 16th sep, in Snapdeal, unfortunately I not open the parcel, on 18th sep I open and try to use that, it was not charging, so I try to replace..& I checked my Snapdeal app I have time of 23rd sep, so I was apply the replacement options on 18th. today I received a message from Ecom express get ready for return the product. & I given the parcel to the Ecom express courier person today (19/09/19) at around 5:15pm, but I was tracking the order no it's shown the pick up was failed & rescheduled, how it happened? kindly check and do the needful as soon as possible...Ecom express reverse pickup Order Number : [protected] ., Snapdeal order I'd;[protected]

This is Aravind I am purchase through online at shapdeal, And I received the product what I ordered, but it was not working, so I apply to return the product . onwards I received a message from Ecom express courier our person Mr . P.RANGANATHAN contact no:[protected], will pick up the product on 19th September. Perfectly I return the product to the same mentioned person by Ecom express courier .but i tracking my product status it shown the pickup was fail . How it possible & today (21/09/19) I received a message from yours (Ecom)side the same who I mentioned above your Ecom person who collect the product on 19th sep, he was again come to pick up the product how many times I give the product to the same person.i thing the Ecom person will have creating some problem . kindly check and update me where my product now.its makes me very much pressure... kindly check and close the issue as soon as possible.
