Snapdeal.com — My refund is pending for 1 month and now they say my account is blacklisted.

Hi, I have order a geyser on 5/11/15 with oder no:[protected] which i had cancelled on the next day. and reorder it again on 06/11/15 with order no.[protected] with the second order there was a issue with supplier, the supplier had dispatched and again call the product back which was very clearly shown in the blue dart couriers site with way bill provided by snapdeal :[protected]. After checking the status in blue dart web site and informing to snapdeals cus care i have cancelled the second order. The very next second i cancelled my order the status which was showing in transit changed into delivered and pickup requested taked in web site of snap deals which i have again conveyed to cus care with a complain no 12783885. this was done on 12/11/15. On 25/11/15 i have got a mail from the back end support team saying my refund has initiated but the amount did not reflect in my CC. for the issue when ever i call the cus care i get a answer to wait for 48 hrs we will resolve it. But today when i call cus care i have got a answer that snapdeals legal team has resided not to pay any refund my order as they state i have made multiple booking and cancellations. Now this is very unfair, when i tried to ask for explanation the representative said " i am unaware of correct reason but your refund has been stopped" that it. I tried to explain him that i have got refund for my first order but the refund is still pending for second order, he was not understanding it my case. I would like to inform that i got refund for order no:[protected] on 10/11/15. but there was no refund for order no.[protected]. The legal team has misunderstood the payment of Ist oder as second one. Request snapdeal legal team to please check the order no also before blacklisting or stopping refunds. And also request the team to provide my refund as soon as possible. Iam enclosing all the back up data for reference where blue dart couriers data show the product is back to supplier and snapdeal puts mail to me for sending the product back and invoice for undelivered product.
