[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Neither delivering the product nor giving the refund. | |||||
Snapdeal is going through its bad phase and they are compensating it with their loyal customers, even though this is very illegal and offensive action against the customer. My name is Ashish Venu, I had ordered Royal Canin maxi junior Dog food on snapdeal on 6th of march and my Order number was [protected] when I checked the product I was it was not genuine and I was 100% sure about it as I'm a regular user of that Dog food and I applied for a return request the snapdeal delivery boy came and took away the product on the next day itself and after 7-8 days I received a email saying the product was genuine and it will be delivered back to my house for which I denied and asked for a refund. After 7-8 business days when I repeatedly e-mailed and called up snapdeal they told me " We will neither give you the product nor the refund of your product and we are blocking your snapdeal account" I paid Rs 6249/- for that product and now they arent giving my refund nor the product back.
