[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Neither they cancelled my order nor accepting return request for order id [protected]

I have ordered prestige gas stove. By mistake i have ordered gas stove with 3 burners instead of 2 burners. Later i have cancelled the order and received the message and email saying that we have cancelled your order and the money will be refunded within 5days. But unfortunately by mistake the item got delivered to address. Immediately i have contact you people saying i have cancelled but still got delivered. I requested them that i will return the product or replace it will stove with 2 burners and they guys said that they will get back to me within 24hrs and have escalated the issue. Till now no call or mail from your side. The package is not even opened nor used. I kept it like that.

I have purchased many items from snapdeal but never experienced this kind of issue. This not fair from you guys. Please immediately make me clarified. Will you accept my return request or not. If you are bothered about refunding the money then make replacement of gas stove with 2 burners. I m very much fine with that. But atleast do something. Need immediate acknowledgement. Fedup trying to your customer care number. No one cares. Dont just give me numbers saying call here or mail us... I have done all the stuff. I wrote [protected]@snapdeal.com also. No reaction from there also. Dnt just say that issue is escalated. Nothing is happening here.

I have all the mails about cancellation of my product and your mails saying we will get back to you and all. Will you accept my return request or not. If you are bothered about refunding the money then make replacement of gas stove with 2 burners. I m very much fine with that.
