[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No Delivery/No refund order on 03/03/2017 Micromax Tab ( Suborder no: [protected]) | |||||
Sir, i have ordered a Micromax Tab ( Suborder no: [protected])on 03/03/2017 in snapdeal gold express service( its a service which promises to deliver the product within 2 days). I have payed full amount online through my credit card. They promised me to deliver the product on or before 07/03/2017 but till now my product is not delivered, after many repeated calls to the customer care on 08/03/2017 they just apolosize and they are telling stories that its courier service problem. Again when i contacted costumer care on 10/03/2017 they just apolosize and they are telling the same story .They made a call to me on 10/03/2017 saying that they will refund the money but it has been 5 days (i.e, 15/03/2017) but no refund process started and no amount has been credited into my account. Why do you guys cheat people like this. You atleast cannot handover a courier to the customers? Are you people doing bussiness with our money for getting interest amount from banks? I want to approach consumer court. No one from Snapdeal is fit to do job . No responsibility to you people at all. Was this information helpful? | |||||
