[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No refund after account suspended | |||||
I am doing shopping from you from many years. I may have purchased items over Rs. 1 Lakh. It was happy shopping with you considering few items were not upto the mark or size issue, or defects. I returned them, still I can say the total return would not be more than 20% of overall purchases. Last month I ordered few dresses of Rs.3383/- and none of them were as good as shown in the pics, even size was the issue. A return was requested. After collecting the items my account got suspended and it is said unable to refund the amount. Customer care says your account shows too-many returns. I remember few items were cancelled by yourself as unable to full-fill. Few items were Fake, I did inform you & even to Levis. In the portal it says it will be refunded on or before 19th April, today is 25th. Still not done. Can any e-shopping company digest your money? Is this not a cheating or looting from customers. I have received an empty box but still waiting and waiting for refund. Useless.
They will always say that they are working on your query. they have nothing to do, They are just wasting our time. Do not expect from these bloody cheaters
