Item name:microsoft office home & business 2016 for mac 32/64 bit (Activation card)
Transaction amount: rs. 5149.
I had ordered microsoft office on 7 june. However, the product key did not work, hence i raised the concern and also requested for refund of my money. However till date i have not response snapdeal so far.
The worst part is nobody is even responding from the customer care end.
