Snapdeal.com — No refund of the courier charges even using the word TRUST in an email. | |||
Dear Sir, I bought the Philips HD4938 Induction Cook Top from the online site SNAPDEAL.COM in the month of Oct with the order ID [protected]. The product was defective so the company send the mail that kindly send the defective product, we will refund the COURIER charges and the PRODUCT cost through NEFT. They refund the money of the product but till now after sending lot of reminder mails and calls with the request no 1088380, 11475798, 12556394, 11941672. Their is no refund of the courier charges. I paid 2050 Rs for that courier. I am really upset and looking for the resolution for the same ASAP. Details:- Request No 10883850 against the order number [protected] for the courier payment.
