Snapdeal.com — No refunds against Complaint No. 15304862

After initiation of the refund Snapdeal taking so long time to refund. After calling them for 6-7 times finally they initiate the refund (when they already received the returned product 2-3 days before) on 8th Feb 2015 and today is almost 16th of Feb... But still they didn't provide the refund. These are the type of serice snapdeal providing. Don't know how many times I need to call them still to get my refund. After returning it to them now I have to suffer for my refund. There's should be a value of my useful times. Thank you.
