[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No response to refund for failed transaction query since 6+ weeks | |
Snapdeal Complaint Number[protected].
Since now 6+ weeks I have only received repose from support team as "We are writing to inform you that we are working on your request to update you at the earliest.", and now they have stopped replying my emails.
How long it take to check bank statements and issue a refund?
I tried twice to pay using HDFC Bank and both time i got error message "Unable to reach destination.", amount has been deducted both time from bank account but order was not completed.
Here is payment details:

So orignally I created support ticket to issue refund for both payment, but later it accepted one payment and confirmed order, I have received one product but payment was deducted twice and I am still waiting for refund/response from snapdeal support team. Was this information helpful? | |
