[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — No warranty card found in my kent ro product | |||
I purchased kent ro from snapdeal.com in 20 oct 2016.in my kent ro product i didn't found the warranty card and i got the kent ro of 2014 model it means almost 2.5 yr old model they provide to me. For took back my warranty card i called to snapdeal customer care to give me warranty card but they didn't provide me any response. As we know kent ro never give warranty without warranty card now i complain again to give me warranty card still i didn't get any response from there. And when i contact to directly seller he told me directly i don't know you and you also don't know me so we cant help you.
