Hi, For the above order I have lodged a complaint and not a single revert has come from snapdeal. They have picked the item but they have sent a message they have not received the product and refund cannot be initiated.Their vendor Shadowfax has already picked the item.After number of follow ups snap deal has not given a single revert.
