[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not able to return the product

The product is "skullcandy uproar". The product i received is different than what i ordered, used and packaging is old, soo i wanted to return it and get refunded as i was dissatisfied. But am not able to return the product. I tried calling the customer care but am able to reach them too. I am really disappointed with the service of snapdeal. Hope you could resolve my problem at the very best you can.
