Snapdeal.com — not delivered my order

I placed my order (MY ORDER NO IS [protected]) on 23rd of October..and the estimated delivery date was 27th of Oct..but my order not deliver to me from you….hows your service? its very bad experience….today still i haven’t got my order.What kind of service is this….its disgusting its almost more than 7 days….i tried to contact the customer care, but no response.Horrible service…how can do this .

I faced similar problem from snapdeal. Its 15 days and the customer care people are so blunt to reply you anything. Its only wastage of your ph balance to call them, as they continuously keep you on waiting.This online site needs to be dragged to court for all settlement. Advice all your near and dear ones to stop purchasing from snapdeal.The best service I have seen is for amazon.

I have tried calling them again and again but not getting any correct information from their end about my purchase product.
