Hello sir i have ordered one samsung e7 mobile worth of 14000 rs. Received is too damaged and had more fault so i returned back on 9th september 2015.. but not fefund my amount and not replecement my new product its been more than week they are not refunding my amount..i am fed up with sending mails.. please help in getting my refund amount sir maine prpduct bhi return kr diya snadeal ko but wo mujhe nah to product diye nahi amount refund kr rahe . i have available. return receipt order id no.[protected] purchase date 02/09/2015 product return date 09/09/2015 sir please solve my problem thank sir Was this information helpful? | |||
