[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not received lakme nail color remover, 27ml, suborder id: [protected]

I had purchased a lakme nail color remover on sunday (2.10.16) from snapdeal.com under the cod scheme. I had received a message from snapdeal yesterday stating that my order is ready to be delivered and that to keep my cash ready. However, they did not turn up. And in the evening, i received saying that the delivery attempt failed due to customer's wish. I have no idea what is happening. No body is calling for delivery and snapdeal is covering it up with accusations on the customers. This is not at all expected from a highly advertised company as this. Do resolve my issue as quickly as possible.
