[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not received Washing Machine from Snap Deal online past 20 days | |
I have purchased (order no: [protected], 18th, September 2014) a freeze and Washing Machine from Snap Deal online. So far received Freeze 12 days back but not yet received Washing machine. This item is laying at Fedex Bangalore facility last 15 days. God only help knows, when they will deliver to me.
I have spoken with Snapdeal staff 15 times and send remainders to them about my Washing Machine. Always only once response, we will escalate it to higher ups but firm date commitment to me. If they can't deliver, asked them to return money, that also no commitment from them.
The Snapdeal people I have spoken so far (Manesh, Deepak (floor manager, Vikas, Anand (floor manager) and other people but no success. No commitment from them on date of delivery to me.
Please some one from Snapdeal who has seen this complaint, take it up with respective authorities and help me to get my product delivered or payback my money.
I purchased on Snapdeal just because Ratan Tata has started invested and felt good to buy from this portal. Hope I am not wrong? Was this information helpful? | |
