[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Not refunded money on returned items | |||||
Order ids: [protected] I have ordered 1 lenovo black office genuine leather formal shoes from snapdeal on 16 may 2017, received items on 22nd may 2017. Due to wrong product (Different shoe) i had returned the items and snapdeal has received the same and told that they have refunded the amount on 23rd may 2017. But the same has not yet been refunded to my account which i had paid through my debit card. I had given complaints to them but they are not responding saying that they have refunded the amount and asking me to contact the concerned bank. I had contacted the bank (Sbi) they told that snapdeal has not yet refunded. Please do the needful so that i can get back my amount refunded. Was this information helpful? | |||||
